Common questions
What counts as one interview?+
A recorded interview that Taplo transcribes and turns into your summary and client write-up. Calls up to 60 minutes count as one interview.
What's included in both plans?+
Calendar sync, pre-meeting reminders, recording, transcripts, job-description-aware analysis, candidate summaries, client drafts, and follow-up emails. The only difference is how many interviews per month.
What happens if I go over my limit?+
We'll notify you in the app before you run out. If you need more, extra interviews are available at a small add-on rate — no surprise bills without a heads-up.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial with full Pro access so you can run real interviews before you pay.
Are prices including VAT?+
Prices are shown in SEK excluding 25% Swedish VAT. VAT is added where applicable on invoices.
Mac says Taplo is damaged or won't open — what do I do?+
macOS blocks apps that are not signed by Apple yet. After installing, open Taplo by right-clicking the app and choosing Open (not double-click), then confirm Open in the dialog. You can also go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway next to the Taplo message. If it still fails, open Terminal and run: xattr -cr /Applications/Taplo.app — then open Taplo again.
